DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Father's Day with a field trip to the Columbus Museum
  of Art with DUUF!  The Columbus Museum of Art's permanent collections ar
 e open to the public free of charge on Sundays\, which makes Sundays a per
 fect opportunity for us to go!\n\nBring your sustainably packed bag lunch 
 and meet us at 11:30 am in the Sculpture Garden for a picnic lunch (we wil
 l meet just inside the main doors in case of inclement weather).\n\nAfter 
 lunch\, all are invited to participate in the activities in the Chase Cent
 er for Creativity.  Though commonly thought to be geared for children\, t
 hat notion is inaccurate.  People of all ages can participate in the acti
 vities in this interactive space. Those with small children or who are sma
 ll children at heart may want to visit the Wonder Room in particular\, tho
 ugh\, as that space is specially designed with their needs in mind.\n\nAt 
 1pm\, those who would like are invited to see the Life in the Age of Rembr
 andt exhibit\; today is the last day that this exhibit will be open.  The
 re is an extra charge of $8 per person to visit this exhibit\; please emai
 l info@duuf.org for financial assistance.  Also included in that price is
  admission to the Blacklight Magic and Art After Stonewall exhibits.\n\nTh
 e Museum typically has Roaming Docents on Sundays between 1 and 3pm.  All
  visitors are encouraged to peruse the Museum's permanent art collections 
 on display free of charge and ask the docents questions.  (Karen especial
 ly recommends seeing Nocturne Navigator by Alison Saar in the Contemporary
  wing!)\n\nWe encourage members to carpool to save fuel and share parking 
 costs (which is $5 per car).  If you would like to carpool\, contact Kare

 ned arrival/departure times.
