Beginning at the End

Please join us this Sunday at 10:30am for our service “Beginning at the End” presented by Guest Speaker Dwight Davidson. Over time, it seems like humans have come up with proverbs that affirm both poles of almost every values polarity.  As it’s the first Sunday of the year, it might be useful to think about the tension between these two proverbs –“If you chase two rabbits, you catch neither,” and “the journey is the destination.”  When we think about our lives individually or as societies — do we live best with a goal in mind?  Is the journey itself the goal? Is there some other way?

The service will be held in person in the parlor at the Delaware County Cultural Arts Center (The Arts Castle), at 190 West Winter Street in Delaware, Ohio.
