Breema: 9 Principles of Harmony

Our Part-Time Minister, David Soliday, will share wisdom that he recently experienced on a three-day retreat with his mom. Breema is a simple, natural form of touch and body movement, like yoga or Tai Chi, supported by universal principles. Its aim is to bring us to a tangible experience of presence that connects our body, mind and feelings. We will look at how Breema’s Nine Principles of Harmony can also be applied to our work and our larger society. And he will share a couple Self-Breema exercises, which anyone can do on their own body anywhere, at any time, in ordinary clothing.
