Practicing in Pagan Fashion

Lately, we have experimented with incorporating more pagan ritual into our services, searching for our way of honoring the natural world as we honor our covenant.  To that end, this morning we will welcome the wisdom of Rev. Jan Avende, an ADF Priest belonging to Three Cranes Grove, a congregation of ADF Druids based in Columbus.  She has been a member of Ár nDraíocht Féin: A Druid Fellowship since 2009, where she serves as an ADF Consecrated Priest and Initiate.  She is a talented Bard, Liturgist, and Spiritworker, who is active as an officer and member in many of ADFs subgroups. She uses her talents as a certified teacher to aid in mentoring folk, building resources for pagan families, and making the details of Our Druidry more accessible to all.  Rev. Avende enjoys writing rituals and prayers on request, being a sounding board to help others work through struggles, and talking with others about how they practice Our Druidry. Coffee and conversation will take place after the service.

The service will be held at The Historic Campbell Home, 190 W. Winter St., Delaware, OH on the northeast corner of Elizabeth Street and West Winter Street. There is parking behind the building with handicap accessibility, as well as on the street.
