UU Common Read: An Indigenous Peoples’ History of the United States – Part 5 of 5

The UU Common Read is an annual event which invites participants to read and discuss the same book in a given period of time. A Common Read can build community in congregations and the UU movement by giving diverse people a shared experience, shared language, and a basis for deep, meaningful conversations.

The UU Common Read for this year is An Indigenous Peoples’ History of the United States. The book is available in the UU Bookstore and from all major booksellers, as well as in the library. We invite everyone to read and join us for a continued discussion of this seminal read. For Part 3, we will discuss chapters 10 and Conclusion.

The service will be held in our Zoom room, which opens 15 minutes before the service begins; please click here and follow the prompts to join us.  Alternatively, you can open your Zoom app and enter Meeting ID 740 363 4630. Call Karen at 740.362.1860 for tech support. Bring your favorite beverage to sip while we share in community.
