Mother’s Day Celebration and Flower Communion

Please join us this Sunday at 10:30am when we will be Celebrating Mothers and Flowers!

Mother’s Day was originally founded as an antiwar rallying cry by Unitarian Julia Ward Howe.

It is a call to honor the resiliency of all those who mother.

We will combine our Mother’s Day Celebration with our annual UU spring tradition of the Flower Communion. All who attend are encouraged to bring a flower or a flowering branch to share in communion.

The service will be held in person in the parlor at the Delaware County Community Arts Castle (The Arts Castle), at 190 West Winter Street in Delaware, Ohio.
