Practicing our 1st Principle

Please join us this Sunday for a worship service presented by our pastor, David Soliday.

In the summer of 2020, there were protests in streets around the world. Where is the Black Lives Matter movement now? At the 2020 UUA General Assembly, the Commission on Institutional Change, after three years of research and study, presented Widening the Circle of Concern, their report on long-term cultural and institutional change that redeems the essential promise and ideals of Unitarian Universalism. How has that been received by UU congregations?

Threaded through both of these questions is the first principle of our Association, the worth and dignity of every person. How do we live out that principle in our daily lives, at the beginning of 2021?
