The ending of the year at Halloween is the Pagan New Year. And so we end in the beginning, as we should, and the Wheel turns on. It is the night when the veil is thin that divides the worlds.

The service will be held in person in the parlor at the Delaware County Cultural Arts Center (The Arts Castle), at 190 West Winter Street in Delaware, Ohio.
