Barred by the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) to sing at their Constitution Hall, a lone African American woman stood on the steps of the Lincoln Monument in Washington DC and sang, “Let Freedom Ring.”

The service will be held in person in the parlor at the Delaware County Cultural Arts Center (The Arts Castle), at 190 West Winter Street in Delaware, Ohio.
