Please join us on Sunday, July 27th at 10:30am for our service ” Volcanoes and Pompeii” presented by Bob Ford.

In A.D. 79 Mount Vesuvius erupted and it killed thousands of people. It destroyed at least eight towns, most notably Pompeii and Herculaneum.  We will look at pictures of the dying bodies from plaster casts, and some of the preserved art work. There will be music by Richard Strauss and Khachaturian.

The service will be held in person in the parlor at the Delaware County Cultural Arts Center (The Arts Castle), at 190 West Winter Street in Delaware, Ohio.
